Autistic burnout and ADHD meds help

Diagnosed 1.5 months ago, changed jobs/apartment at the same time and I have been in what now I know is autistic burnout for a couple months. The new job is not as I expected, I can’t stand it and it’s a lot of calls and multitasking and stuff that my brain is not good at generally and now way less - but I do need to work to pay bills. The question is, in your experience do adhd meds help with aspects of autistic burnout such as executive dysfunctions? I’m hitting a wall, I can barely move anymore, and I have an appointment with the psych next week to discuss medication. Thank you
