How to use paramagnetic Basalt

I just bought this

https://crucialfour.com/products/paramagnetic-basalt/?srsltid=AfmBOooZo7mOHmcuOO0mpVEbex3H-lYWFH3ml0KnBHGW5qFVgFx7l9ZH&variant=43918814642434

I want to use it on my indoor houseplants and outside

How would I use it and how much would I apply?
