Need help finding album.

This album came out between 2007/2011. Had an indie rock/pop feel to it. The cover was like in the left lower corner giant tree creatures or humanoid giants walking through a forest and they were walking to a city in the right upper corner, I swear there may have been a river or fields in between. I have been trying to find this album for years. It was really obscure at the time when I found it. But maybe someone might know it here. I would appreciate it if someone could help. Thank you
