Arrived Grove City Ohio

So package went from according to FedEx reps and the app- arriving Tuesday to Arriving Thursday to Arriving Friday to now Arriving Saturday. But it’s been 32hrs with no updates and this thing is on the other side of the continent still and FedEx can’t answer for it to me personally as well as both companies that got it to FedEx as and the shipper itself inquiring. What gives with this company? Is this normal for Grove City & FedEx?
