Ongoing water & electrical issues in rented flat

Housing

I live in a flat that has had ongoing electrical issues following a severe water leak last year.

I’ve reported it to the landlord several times but while the main water leak has been resolved, for various reasons there are smaller ongoing leaks that haven’t been sorted yet, which are still causing damp, falling plaster and, I’m fearful, mould- in addition to the electrical issues

Especially when it rains (but not only) the lights flicker and sometimes won’t turn on at all for hours. There was once even water pouring out of the light fixtures.

Obviously I deserve to have a safe and functional flat , but I’m trying to understand how serious this problem is

Is there risk of electrocution? I’ve also heard damp wiring can cause fires.

The landlord revisited my flat again this week to review the damage but brushed off my concerns and said these problems aren’t dangerous

Thanks in advance for any help
