Does anyone else have trouble with anger?

Vent / Rant

I've noticed more and more how angry I've been getting, sometimes it's over feeling disrespected by my dad who I'm currently living with, but most of the time it's being at work with people who either dump their problems on me or don't give a shit which puts me in a bad position because I have to fix and deal with their mistakes and cop it from customers while doing so and when I talk about it with managers, they just have a defeatesr what can we do? Attitudes about it which makes it worse.

I got home from work tonight after dealing with mess after mess that was nothing to do with me but I was in the middle of and felt so much rage towards my dad for basically doing what the managers do and being like I can't deal with this so I'm making it your problem and I'll take my frustrations out on you if you dare to question me.

For context: my mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia and depression when i was about 5. My dad had no idea about mental health and was struggling with work, so decided that because I knew mum wasnt normal, he'd make it my responsibility to look after her while he went to work on the days when i didn't have daycare. His reasoning was it would give me something to focus on whenever I cried as he was leaving for work because she absolutely terrified me. Sometimes he was the protector and would fix things when he got home, but other times if he'd had a shitty day and got home to everyone being upset, he'd parentify me and take all his frustrations out because he'd given me, a child not old enough to go to school yet, the impossible tasks of keeping my mental unstable mother some kind of sane because he couldn't handle being the equivalent of a single father of 3. He expected me to know things I had no way of knowing and would get mad at me and make me think everything was my fault so I was suddenly parenting him as well in order to feel safe again. I feel so much hurt and rage towards him for how he took advantage of me and my need for safety and made it transactional. He'll do enough to keep me alive and maybe have a good day here and there, if I basically destroy myself doing whatever I have to do to keep mum in line. Mind you she and I never had a good relationship. She treated me like the enemy, so not only did I have to keep her stable, I had to deal with my primary caregiver basically hating me and doing whatever I could to survive because dad's only rule was dont upset mum, and she was a walking minefield that I was somehow expected to know where to step and what would go off and when, even if it didn't before.
