Memory Problems (Gigabyte z890 EAGLE WIFI 7)

Hey, i just finished my Z890 eagle wifi 7 build with my intel ultra 9 258k

anyway

The memory is corsair vengence 6000MT CL30

upon boot i get a dram light and i cant change XMP settings to 6000 MT or enable XMP if i do my system just fails to post.

upon cmos reset i booted up fine.

if i switch to slots 2 and 4 i dont get post either, even if im on default bios settings.

Any ideas? is my ram bad? is my motherboard bad?
