Do hollow prints need to be cured on the inside?

I'm finding a wide range of information regarding curing the inside of hollow resin prints. Do hollow resin prints have to be cured on the inside if they're drained properly during printing? I will mostly be printing models from Loot Studios and can only assume that they are setup to drain properly during printing/rinsing. What are you using to cure the inside of the hollow prints if that is necessary? I see a whole bunch of "DIY" UV snake lights, but I'm not really interested in soldering wires together.
