Winter fly fishing ....

In MA... And I'm figuring to try to get out now and thru the inter if I can Any recs on how to prepare for the cold water ?

I have my frog togg hellbender and some simms g3. At the very least I'd need some thick wool type long John's to insulate and wool socks ?

Won't be wading chest deep but I could see mid thigh at worst.?
