Hi everyone, I would like to emphasise that I am not asking for a diagnosis, just support and guidance through this overwhelming time. My previous post got removed and genuinely all I want is some guidance and advice for anyone else who is experiencing the same, so I hope this one does not get removed as it is causing me to become more stressed. I would also like to say I have been to my specialists about this issue, but they have not helped. 

I have this swelling under my knee since about May which is causing heaviness, pulsating and pain. My left leg is considerably also larger than other. More recently, I had pain and tingling spreading up my leg into my groin and hip and I could not walk and the hospital informed they would send an ambulance, which didn’t come in the end as it wasn’t an emergency (which I agree with). I didn’t end up getting it checked that day and the extreme pain went. But there is still a constant pain, heaviness and feeling of discomfort in my leg. Yesterday I noticed a dark patch on same leg(attached at the end) which looked like bruising and my leg felt bruised and heavy. It hurts even when I try to lay down and rest it sometimes. Does anyone else have the same thing and can you offer any advice on how to help with pain? I tried compression socks but it made me feel worse.
