Eruth Tormented Prophet & Miracle

If I have Eruth in play and I go to draw on my upkeep, the replacement effect would lead to the top card of my library to be exiled. My question is if the card exiled was a miracle card, for example Nexus of Fate, would I be able to interrupt the sequence and cast the Nexus of Fate for it's miracle cost?
