Crawl space cleanup reco?

Does anyone have hired someone to cleanup their crawlspace?

We live on the ground floor of a multifamily building and we have access to the crawlspace. It’s a very tight (2ft) space and it became disgusting. Rats ate through the insulation and every time it rains weather accumulates in there. I’d like to get quotes to insulate it and water/rat proof it and I’m getting targeted a lot on Instagram , but would love to get someone who actually works in the area and is familiar with Hoboken to take a look.
