Get the labs done

Achievement/NSV 🎉🥳🎊

Three months in, down 18lbs today. No matter my weight, I've always had high cholesterol, it's in my genetic makeup. I was running 235 TC a few years ago, and the doc put me on pravastatin. It helped and I got down as far as 179 this past June, but still had "high" on HDL and LDL numbers. She had me run labs again yesterday, and my total is now 152. I don't think I've ever seen a number that low in my adult life, nor have I had a panel that was normal. Smack dab in the middle of normal in every category. I know I have help with the meds, but this for me is a huge win, because even on pravastatin, it wasn't coming down enough into a normal range. I have a video appt with my doc next week to discuss titrating up and my labs, but I will bet she will be pleased. Thank you, Zep, for the assistance.
