Help with past reflections?

I really enjoy having tracking what has happened in my life through tags, so I rely on reflections to understand what is giving me energy and joy. Anyway, I was trying to log what happened on a previous day, but it says “no activities on this day” - does this mean I can’t log a reflection or is there another way?
