Liver Enzymes elevated

My liver enzymes are elevated again. My AST is 58, ALT is 67 (it was 49 last week) and my GGT is 65. I'm 35F, 5"6, don't drink or smoke or exercise. I'm underweight. I am getting a Colonoscopy next week due to a positive FIT test. So I'm freaking out a little. I have had them elevated in the past and had an Ultrasound which was fine at first except for an enlarged spleen. Regular 6 monthly ultrasounds followed which showed gallbladder polyps but nothing else. My LFTs then went back to normal but are now elevated again. Just curious as to what this could be.
