How do you think the new Hemp ban with effect our program or the push for Rec in PA?

Discussion

So in a year there won't be a hemp loophole and getting flower, CBD over the counter or seeds will no longer be a viable option if the bill doesn't get amended in the 1 year grace window they have provisioned for all the businesses and people they have legislated out of work . How do you think this is going to play out for our program and the push for Recreational at the state level? I think this will hurt patients....the MSOs won't have any competition or reason to improve with their near regulatory monopoly on the industry.

Personally, it means I am going to be back to just a few strains that help my pain, especially without being able to buy CBD and CBG online...I just can't afford dispo prices in the dosages I need. I also will have to start stock piling the strains that work again in case its hard to get or the program overlords decide to stop offering those strains for something more profitable by their fiscal metrics. So few strains in program help my pain significantly and so many from the hemp market did help more than in program strains.
