New driver here and my car have suffers many scratches due to my bad driving

My Avanza have deep scratches at the back and at the side front passenger seat. Back side also have scratches but light only.

Any DYI advice to fix the scratches like any pangtapal or clay something? Saw many advertisement about scratch removal daw not sure how reliable the products are.

Participation fee is killing me if I use my insurance.
