Developing youngsters

Hello, i am extremely new to this franchise and absolutely loving it. I took over Roda JC in FM26 and am very close to promotion or winning the KKD.

Now here is my question, I have a 19yo striker with 4 star potential. How do I best develop him to reach that potential?
