I don't see any way to get out from this problem

I'm teacher 24 years old male I have been teahching since last 1 year in school I teach even finance and accounting subject but since last year I have been addicted to gambling and I have lost my 1 year salary and last month I have got tution salary from 10 people nearly 1.5 lakh rs which 8 have lost in gambling my father is retiared my mother had thairoid and I'm only son and I m not able to contribute in family since longest time even though they expected me to help but I told them I have invested my salary and they didn't ask then I failed as son I know they want me to contribute but I was loosing in gambling and from the last month I have decided to quit gambling and haven't played for like 25 days and last 10 days ago my salary account got freezed because it has a lien of 2030 rs I have asked in bank why you do they said your account have credited some illigle transaction and thats why CYBER SECURITY OPS marked my account on lien I have total line of 10k in another account even though it was all my withdrawal money I visited bank they told me we can't do anything because its directly from cyber cops and they gave me number it's from south and when I contacted they didn't recived when I contacted other cyber police they told me I have to go physically on their branch and it's in Bengaluru and I'm from gujrat I m just done with this process I know I I have made mistake I know I did betting which isn't legal but I have played and lost my own money and withdraw my winning money in bank then why I'm the only who is suffering There is thousands of people I have saw on yt have lien their account from different cyber cells and they are helpless I'm done with this I have tried to corporate with bank and didn't get any resolution And four days ago bank employee went to house and took photo of my house and called my parent that I have done some illigle transection and like that I have lost all the respect and humiliated badly in front of them At that day I literally died of shame and I tried out too find solution but nothing is working there is so many things I want to share but I wont I hope you don't get in any trouble like this I know I have made mistake but didn't do fraud to anyone I'm not criminal banks and cyber cops are treating me like a criminal I have also some proofs that they have threatened me as well They are treating a person like me who done nothing like a criminal or fraudulent and a person who really commits crimes of thousands of crores from here and flew to London or abroad bank do nothing to them just wow.
