SCC as reference card for regular CC

I just received my BPI Blue Rewards Secured Credit Card (SCC) holdout is 15k, limit is 13k How long do I have to wait to apply to another bank for a regular CC and use my SCC as reference? and which bank kaya ang mag aapprove agad?😅

Note: I’m a freelancer kaya I opted for a SCC muna (goal is to use it to apply for a regular CC hehe)
