So guys, I had uploaded my pre-op experience for ZSR, and now I’m sharing my post-op journey.

During the first 24–48 hours, you might feel uncomfortable mainly because of the dressing, not due to pain. Most people don’t feel much pain, but if you do, a painkiller helps a lot. After the second day, you’ll start feeling much more relaxed. Just focus on proper rest and medication.

The ring starts falling off gradually. In my case, around 30% came off by day 8, another 60% by day 12, and by day 15 the ring had completely fallen off. There is a little pain while the ring detaches, but it’s definitely manageable. Once the ring is fully removed, you feel a huge sense of relief, and the sensitivity begins to decrease quickly.

I’m currently on day 20 after my ZSR procedure, and I’m feeling very relaxed. It even looks good when erect, but I’m still avoiding masturbation or intercourse for a few more weeks.
