pve solo weapon choice

so I will be playing mainly solo, not interested in pvp stuff. maaybe group content in a few weeks. would umbrella/fan be viable as a dps focused build? or is it a pure healer build? for my second option, maybe dual blades/fan but the umbrella looks so sick.
