Thoughts on metro manila traffic

Might get haye for this, but as someone who drives and has travelled quite a lot north, south and in the metro, I think I can say that most of the traffic in metro manila comes from the people living south. I mean, I know there's different factors affecting traffic not just this, but point being, just look at the daily traffic on skyway going to slex, but yet, there's rarely traffic on nlex(unless during holidays).
