Which factors are most important to consider when analyzing a sport highlight site?

I've recently been looking at a couple of sites that are centered around sports highlight reels and thinking about what matters from a test and evaluation perspective.

One of the websites that I looked into has been MatchHighlights, which provides mostly highlight clips and match footage. I am not affiliated with the site but am simply analyzing the way various websites handle such material.

For anyone who has tested similar tools:

• What do you normally check first?

• How important are video load speeds and quality to you, and are you more concerned with the navigation and layout?

• Would you be interested in so-called highlight-only platforms, or are additional functions such as statistics, filters, and/or timelines important to you?

• What are the common usability issues that you usually notice related to video-rich websites?

I’m essentially attempting to understand the key factors that the testers consider when analyzing the platforms that fall into the aforementioned category.
