Gut pain after antibiotics

I had a bad case of pneumonia and was put on both IV and oral antibiotics. After a week of stopping and returning home i still have elevated white blood cells (22, apparently not the ones that are found in cancer) and have what I believe to be gut pain below the belly button with diarrhea that has been improving slowly. Stools are light brown / yellow in colour.

I am currently taking vit k, D, e, mag glycinate and energin.

I have a feeling I might just have to wait it out but the pain is a bit concerning.
