Can No Longer Disable ANC (Momentum 4)

So, since my ANC is broken (the heavy wind/ popping issue on the left ear of course) I used to have it disables with the smart control plus app.

Now, yesterday I updated the app and now I am mo longer able to turn off the ANC. I've tried reinstalling the app, factory resetting but nothing works.

I can't find an earlier version of the APK on APKmirror either. Please someone help me out here, I genuinely use my headset over eight hours a day, especially during the weekend and the wind/ popping is just unbearable.

(I'll be sending it in for repair in a week or two, it is a year and one month old. I was hoping the bronze edition didn't suffer from the ANC/ left ear messing up.)
