Meta Pixel issues: No event other than the base PageView is showing in my Events Testing (using website with 1 2 3 Reg website builder)

The website I am trying to get Meta Pixel running on is built using 1 2 3 Reg's Website Builder. Whether I simply pasted my Meta Pixel ID into the dedicated section the Builder has for 'Meta Pixel' (has similar dedicated sections for Google Analytics etc too), or whether I manually pasted both the pixel base code (contains pageview) and code for whatever other event on the particular page I want to track (like View Content) in separate HTML blocks (1 2 3 Reg's 'Add Section' feature) on the page, OR whether I pasted both base code + page-specific event code (like View Content) in the SAME HTML block, I am not getting any events in my Meta Ad Manager Events Testing other than Page View.

Someone please help me out here. What do I do? Apparently with 1 2 3 Reg you can't go developer mode and just open the website's code bare and place whatever you need in there.
