Downloading Anking after using nonofficial one

Hey guys, I downloaded an unofficial version of AnKing v12 that already had the First Aid notes included. I’ve done around 16,000 cards on it, and now I want to switch to the official version from AnkiHub. I’m worried that my progress might get deleted or messed up.

Is it safe to buy it now? Do I need to do anything before switching?
Also, is there a way to add First Aid notes to the official AnKing deck?
