What is this with my Breast? Do i need Revision (BA)

I had a Breast augmentation in 2023

What happend here with my Breast? Seems like extra Skin on one side. At least it doesnt hurt. I dont know how long it has been like this. Fault of my Surgeon? Is it easy to fix? This side is also firmer and the nipples points a bit more upward.
