Is it worth grading low-value cards?

Hi everyone! I have a question about selling lower-value cards. What kind of strategy makes sense for cards that normally go for around $1.5–$2, but I’ve seen some of them sell on eBay auctions for $50–$60? Is it worth getting these graded and then listing them at auction, or is it generally not worth the effort?
