Blesta Proxmox Integration Failure: Server Options Empty
I am attempting to integrate Blesta (v5.12.3) with my local Proxmox VE (v7.x/8.x) server using the official Proxmox module, but the connection is failing to retrieve resource data, resulting in empty options on the package creation screen.
My Setup Details
- Blesta Location: VM on the Proxmox host.
- Proxmox Host IP:
192.168.X.X - API Connection Test: Successful. I can
telnet 192.168.X.X 8006from the Blesta VM. - Required Template: Downloaded and available on Proxmox:
ubuntu-24.04-standard_24.04-2_amd64.tar.zst(LXC Container Template).
The Problem
When configuring the Proxmox server in Blesta (Settings > Modules > Proxmox > Edit Server), the connection is accepted but immediately fails to pull resource information.
- Result in Blesta: The dropdown menus for Proxmox Master Group and the list of Assigned Nodes remain completely empty (or show only
-- Please Select --). - Impact: I cannot save a package because Blesta does not recognize any available nodes, storage, or templates on the host.
Credentials Attempted (Known Failure Point)
I have confirmed and re-entered the credentials multiple times, specifically focusing on the required API format:
- Hostname:
192.168.X.X - Port:
8006 - User:
root@pam - Password: Verified correct password for
root@pam.
Despite the correct network path and verified credentials, Blesta cannot fetch the resource list.
