Botox injections at a thrift store? WTF…is this now a thing?

I live in Edmonton, Canada, and a thrift store called Style Encore is holding a Botox event this evening….inside the store….while people are shopping for used leggings and such. I was so surprised (and grossed out) I became obsessed with finding out more. The provider is an LPN, but there will be no other medical supervision on site. This cannot be legal, can it? It seems so unhygienic and super duper gross. I am a hugely germaphobic, so maybe my reaction is overboard? But this seems like something out of the next season on American Horror Story to me. What do you all think? Am I overreacting?
