is ISO 45001 certification really worth it for a medium-sized company?

Hi everyone, I manage a new small manufacturing business with about 25 employees, and we're debating whether to go for ISO 45001 certification. I understand it's about improving workplace safety systems, but I'm unsure if the time and cost are worth it for a company our size. Has anyone here gone through the process and maybe can share their experience?
