DJI Care and Charger for my first Mini 5 Pro drone

Hello lads, I purchased my first drone, choosing the Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo with RC 2. I'm undecided whether to buy the DJI Care or not, having never flown drones. Possibly I could buy it for just 1 year, so from the 2nd year I will already be more experienced and therefore less at risk of falling or losing it. What do you think? Furthermore, which power supply do you recommend for the charging base of the 3 batteries? I was looking at the Anker power supply, 65W however has amperage of 20V x 3.25A, whereas the one that DJI sells or recommends is 65W 15V x 4.25A. Is there a difference between the two or can I easily take the Anker one, a very reliable brand that I have always purchased? Thanks in advance!
