15 Seconds remaining of USB .nsp transfer?

Trying to transfer a new game, its 4.07gb. I got onto my Switch, go to HB menu, USB file transfer, plug it in blah blah blah and starts fine. gets to 15 seconds left and freezes. Well, not freezes, but it just sits there thinking. Left it for 10 mins just then and nothing. I've restarted and done everything and nothing works. Am I dumb, what am I missing?
