How to understand whether I’m INFP or INFJ?

I’ve been trying to type myself, but on tests I get a high Fi and such high Ni, following Ne and Fe. I’m not that much knowledged and the more I read about it, the more I get confused… Could you tell me the differences that you observed between these types, please?
