Latuda and increase in OCD behavior?

Unfortunately I am side effect sensitive and thus somewhat treatment resistant. I have failed most anti psychotics for this reason and about 2.5 months ago, started a very low dose latuda.

At first it went really well and I haven’t had any episodes - stable for the first time in 2.5 years. BUT I started noticing worsening OCD symptoms, I thought it was stress at work at first and being anxious, but it’s gotten embarrassingly bad to the point I didn’t want to tell my therapist some of the compulsions. Like, I’ve left work and come back to check things 2-4 more times, and I *have* to do it. Luckily I work alone at night but if it continues, others may notice me being weird.

It started roughly around 3 weeks after starting latuda and just has gotten worse and worse since then. I have never been diagnosed with OCD, but other meds have given me symptoms before.

Anyway, has this happened to anyone else with latuda or any AP? We are discontinuing to see if this is the cause, and of course I’m anxious about an episode, but also want to know if anyone else has had this happen.
