19 year old Czech immigrant Franz Benda 26th Wisconsin infantry. He was born Aug 18th 1844 near Prague. He lived near Manitowoc with his family. he was wounded July 1st 1863 at Gettysburg, he would die of his wounds July 28th 1863.
