How does the Canadian military handle it when their active members are charged with domestic abuse/spousal assault charges and have an open arrest warrant out for them? What steps are taken while the criminal case is ongoing in civilian court?

How soon are they placed in therapy? What are the repercussions? How does it affect the job status and advancements?
