Does Reddit limit the amount of photos you can comment on your own post?

This is just confusing as it lets me post the text of the comment I want to make - but every time I try to add a photo and post it just won’t let me. I accidentally uploaded it with just the text without issue - when I tried again with the photo (several times) it just won’t work.

I have posted quite a few Gifs and photos to follow up on comments - is there a limit to that?
