need some help please.

I’m not sure if I’m posting this in the right group (if not, please let me know where might be more appropriate).

I have been using Stremio thru my firestick 4K for a couple of years.  I use to use Kodi until I read here that Stremio was better.

I am not very good at understanding what I’m doing and have not used it with RD the way suggested, only because we had/have a VPN.

This, of course, is not ideal and there is tons of buffering and lost connections and …well it’s a mess but we’ve lived with this the way it is but the last few months, my add ons keep disappearing and I have “no streaming available” or “add add ons” and such.

I learned that I have to do this on my computer (not thru the firestick) but I can never transfer this to my tv appropriately.

And I never know if what I’m adding on is appropriate or not.

If someone could please let me know if RD and stremio is still the best thing and how to go about doing that right now…for me.

I have stremio downloaded onto my computer and we have a VPN.

What do I need to do from here and or should I go with something totally different?

I keep hearing about a VSee Box but it sounds like another “fire stick”?
