Looking for a wireless headset with a really good mic — any recommendations?

Body:
Hey everyone, I’m in the market for a wireless headset where both the sound quality and the microphone are solid. I’ve noticed that most of the time the audio is fine, but the mic ends up being disappointing — too much background noise, muffled voice, or just poor clarity.
Here’s what I’ll be using it for:

• Gaming (PC + PS5) — low latency is a big plus;
• Calls and meetings;
• Occasional short clips / streams.
• Wireless only (2.4 GHz preferred for gaming; Bluetooth is okay if latency is low);
• Comfortable for sessions of 6 hours;
• Decent battery life (ideally 20+ hours);
• Mic with good voice pickup / noise rejection (without sounding like a robot);

What models would you recommend that have a truly usable mic — meaning you don’t feel the need to plug in a separate mic? Please share real-world experiences (how did your voice come through on Discord/calls/streams?), any setup or software tweaks needed, and whether it’s worth going for a premium model. Also appreciate links/stores if you know of good deals. Thanks!
