Lone Star Cleaners- stay away

For the Balcones/ Spicewood/ Anderson Mill /Barrington Oaks people! Never Ever take your nice clothes to Lone Star Cleaners on 183/Balcones Club Drive.

Brandon,the owner, is an unreasonable person and should not be in business with his attitude.

I will admit that I have been satisfied with this dry cleaner for well over a decade until this week. I took pants in there to get laundered, I did not ask for a crease to be put into my pants yet it came back with one. I asked them to redo it without the crease -came back 2days later and the crease is still there!
The owner told his worker that it was his mistake and to call him today I called him and he said that the pants were made that way and there is nothing he can do. I told him I bought them without a crease- He still argued with me. When I asked him to reimburse me for a new pair he flat out said no.

I cannot believe how he can run a business like this and his customers are never right. I would highly suggest that you DO NOT do business with them knowing that if they destroy your clothing that it is not their fault and will not pay damages -highly disappointed
