What to look out for buying used

Today im going to test drive a 2016 Nissan frontier Sv 4x4, with 69k miles, 20k out the door.

On the carfax I see oil changes every 4K miles for its whole life, only red flag is at 20k miles the ABS module was replaced & Brake master cylinder replaced/repaired.

To prepare the car for sale the dealer did all 4 brakes, 4 new tires, and serpentine belt replaced.

Is it bad I don’t see anything about any other fluids being changed?

I don’t know anything about cars, I’m just a girl. Anything else I should look out for? I will be towing a travel trailer sometimes, so the 4x4 might come in handy.
