Why hadn't I got my IELTS results back?

So I took my Ielts test on paper on the 1st of November. It's been 13 days since I took the test but I still hadn't received my results.

Anyone in similar situations as me and what is happening. Seeing that some people took it on paper on the same date as me getting their results is making me worried what happened to mine
