Can't transfer from PS to PC??? help pls im going insane

hey, I've only ever played rivals on playstation- i want to play on PC now as the playstation is currently with my partner on the other side of the country.

I'm going through the epic games launcher, doing the "have you only played on console before?" log-in and signing in through playstation, but i get hit with this error every time???
It makes no sense- this is literally the account i play on, and i can see rivals under my played games on my playstation account, i have the purchase email etc etc. literally losing my mind
