Post- cap hair greasyness

Hi, italian 2nd year resident here

I’ve run into a very non-clinical but very real problem: post-cap hair. After several hours wearing a surgical cap, my hair comes out looking flat, a bit greasy, and just generally “ruined.”

do any of you have tricks, products, or routines that help keep your hair looking somewhat decent after a long day in the OR?
