Rhinoplasty Duncan Atherton vs Thomas Jacques

I’ve had a rhinoplasty consultation with Thomas Jacques but recently also really liking the work of Duncan Atherton. He’s not available for a consult until end of Feb though and then surgery could be up to 4 months after that! I was hoping to get this done in Jan/Feb. Thinking it’s the sort of thing that would be worth the wait though. Please could anyone let me know their experiences with either of these doctors. Thankyou!
