How to talk to kids about straight edge

Hi all, I was at an all ages show watching some bands and I noticed some kids sneaking some swigs from a bottle. Like I said the venue is all ages so that means no drinking no drugs, and I was going to tell them that but I didn’t want to be the old man yelling at kids. So I was just wondering what is the best way to go about talking to kids about being straight edge?
