Orilissa into a modified natural cycle was a bust

I did three months of Orilissa for adenomyosis and tried to go straight into a modified natural cycle. Initially my ovaries did nothing for three weeks, so they put me on letrozole to kickstart my cycle. Well, today my lead follicle is huge and my LH is surging, but my lining only got to 5.7mm.

It's not official yet, but I think the most likely outcome is that they will cancel the cycle.

Of course, my next cycle will align with the holiday shutdown, so probably mid-January to February before I can try again?

This would have been my fifth FET. I've also had two biopsy cycles, so this is my seventh go-round of the bloodwork, ultrasounds, and waiting for the doctor to call.

It's all feeling very hopeless.
